Our endodontists proudly accept dental insurance from most major dental insurance companies.  We are innetwork with traditional dental PPO insurance companies and will gladly provide you with an out-of-pocket estimate from your dental insurance plan.  We will file all claims for any insurance on your behalf and track your dental insurance payments.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is designed to help reduce your out-of-pocket dental expenses for a root canal evaluation or procedure.  Generally, there is an of out-of-pocket expense you will be expected to pay at the time of service.  This amount is called a Co-Pay and the amount is determined by your insurance carrier, not our practice.

We are in-network with many plans provided by Aetna Dental Insurance, Ameritas Dental Insurance, Blue Cross / Blue Shield Dental Insurance, Connection Dental, Careington Dental Insurance, Cigna Dental Insurance, Humana Dental Insurance, GEHA Dental Insurance, Guardian Dental Insurance, MetLife Dental, Mavrest, Principal Dental Insurance, United Healthcare, United Concordia, and Zellis Dental Network.  Please keep in mind that dental plans change frequently and these changes are out of our control.

Dental Insurance Claims

We will file and follow-up on your dental insurance claim to maximize your benefits.  Any unpaid portion is your responsibility no matter the good-faith estimate provided by the insurance company or our staff.

Please provide our staff with your insurance information when you call our office. On the day of the endodontic evaluation or procedure, you will need your state-issued identification card, your insurance card, dental referral (if any), and payment for any co-pays or services not covered.
